스피커 자작 4호기 2way bookshelf speaker - Part 1

2웨이용으로 만들 woofer을 결정했다. 이번 스피커는 내가 "스피커 공작"이라는 카페에서 배운 것을 바탕으로 처음부터 끝까지 만들어 나갈 스피커이다.

컨셉은 2way 저렴하면서도 효율성과 소리가 좋은 그리고 가능하다면 소형으로 만들기를 원한다.
그러나 woofer의 스펙이 요구하는 용적 크기보다 스피커 크기를 줄이기 위해서 용적을 임의로 줄이다 보면 결국 저음을 희생시키게 되고 저음 타격감의 소리가 변질된다고 배웠다.

그래서 우선 주문한 스피커가 오기 전에 WinISD란 프로그램을 사용해서 스피커 용적과 포트를 계산해 본다.

결과적으로 스피커의 스펙으로 얻어낸 용적 크기에서 흡음제 10% 증가 폭과 유닛들과 네트웍이 차지하는 크기를 계산하여서 6lt의 용적이 가장 적당하다는 것을 알게 되었다...

포트는 65Hz로 맞추었고 포트 크기는 정면 바닥으로 나오는 포트로서 0.5in X 5in X 157.2mm정도가 적당할 것 같다.

인클로저로서는 3/4in mdf를 사용할 예정이고, 인클로저 크기는 W6.5 X H9.137 X D8in 로서 내부 크기를 계산해 보게 되면 0.211ft3로서 리터로 5.974lt 가 나오게 된다.

이 우퍼를 WinISD이란 프로크램을 사용해서 가상 인클로저를 만들어 본 결과이다.

용적은 2.5Lt. 65.7Hz로 튜닝하고, 포트는 5mm x 100mm x 120mm 정도이다... 포트 높이를 5mm 로 만드는 것이 나의 목공 실력으로 정확하게 나올지 걱정은 된다...

암튼... 가상이니 만들어 봐야 알겠다...

그리고 이 유닛과 메칭할 만한 트위터도 알아봐야겠다...

INTIMUS MINI SPEAKER | 인티머스 미니 스피커

한국 인티머스가 만든 스피커 가운데 관심있게 본 스피커 미니이다.

Audioengine와 같이 인클로저에 앰프가 장착되어있다.

완성도가 꽤 높은 스피커이다.

트위터는 Vifa XT25SC90-04를 사용하는 것 같고. 우퍼는 Scan-Speak 15W/8434G00 5.5인치인지 12W/8524G 4.5인치 인지 잘 모르겠다... 모양과 fiber glass를 사용한 우퍼로서는 가작 비슷한 것 같은데... 스펙상의 크기가 살짝 다르다... 인티머스것은 약 5"정도인것 같다...

한국에 있었더라면 하나 장만하였을 것이다...

나도 저런 완성도 높은 스피커를 자작할 수 있을까?...
